Here are a few photos from Matt & Julie’s wedding from this fall.  It was a great day with great people.  Talk about a small world.  I was walking down the aisle to get my equipment ready and I hear from the crowd, “that’s Chris Jensen”.  I think nothing of it, and then a few moments later a lady comes up from behind me and asks if I recognize her.  It was my old neighbour from when I lived in Stonewall, and her daughter, son in law and grand daughter where there.  Wow!  It went from a great day to a super amazing day.  Thanks Donna, Mickey, Bill & Chalene.  What a reunion!!  Matt and Julie were awesome to work with, we had so much fun and they were literally up for everything, as long as they get to make a goofy face to each other in one of the photos, so I shot 6.  The bridal party was great to hang out with, it was like being around long lost friends.   The Fort Gary Hotel once again out did themselves.  The room was perfect.  Nina and David of Cake Studio right here in Winnipeg created a work of art for Matt & Julie’s wedding cake.  They said it was hard to cut into because it was so beautiful.  But once they tasted how good the cake was, those thoughts were gone.   A huge thank you to my assistant and second shooter, Jenn for all of her amazing help getting great photos from other angles and helping me for the day.  You know when they say that when you start looking like each other, you know you’ve found your perfect mate?  Well right from the moment I met Matt & Julie, they already had that.  What a wonderful couple.  Thank you again for having me at your wedding to document this amazing day.
